For that, in Idalen we have an SST team where directors, supervisors, administrators and safety delegates participate as representatives of the workers.
In addition, we work on an integrated management system (SG SST), based on policies and practices that aim at correct performance at work, taking care of the health and safety of all those involved through promotion and prevention activities to minimize work accidents. and occupational diseases. We aim for continuous improvement through checks and permanent review of the processes involved in all our activities and conducting training for all staff.
